Win a Whimsy Wednesday!

Last night I made six simple hand-drawn bookmarks - one for me and five to share as whimsies over the coming wednesdays. This is my way of sharing a little surrender and peace as the hysteria of the holiday season descends on so many - during a natural season that contradicts such frenzy.

So ... to mark a peaceful page in your book of life simply pause now, take a deep and nourishing breath and leave a comment to this post. In doing so, you're entered in tomorrow's drawing to win one of these ...

Congratulations Mrs. B ~ You're this week's Whimsy Winner!!!

Oh, wow!! What an amazing way to use your peace sign! And sharing it with 5 people - passing the peace around! How wonderful is that?

This is one I really, really hope that I win! Beautiful.

OH NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! *sob*... but... peace to all... *sob* if only the 5 people who get it will make another doodle extending from the piece they have... then cut it to 5 and continue sharing peace :) from 1 to 5, 5 to 25, and so on... soon the world will be full of peace :) having that thought in mind... now i dun feel so bad :)

I'm afraid I agree with luthien *sob*. I'm just so sad to see this beautiful piece separated. I have a friend who LOVES piece signs and she would've loved this print as gift.

luthien's idea is great. It would be like that doodle game I played when I was a boy "squiggly lines" were someone draws a squiggle and you make it into a pic only this one would be part of your bookmark and peace inspired...huzaaah

oh, dear - I do hope you've got a really good scan to reproduce that print from. I hate that sometimes it hurts so much to share something so beautiful.

so....would the underlying truth be that we only find peace when we come together?.....
( I find my verification code to be "dramesse" which goes ironically well with your previous blog re protesting a particular day....
Dramesse. I've had days like that...)
