Today I made amends with my coconut oil process, and managed to prepare a gallon without incident. Thank the gods.
I also prepared my gift that will be just one little part of Granny Annie's Super Awesome Giveaway. Get over there and play, play play!

I use coconut oil and milk frequently, but have never processed it myself. Interested to know how it is done.

Rocki - My "process" reference is simply to the method of dividing and measuring a large volume of coconut oil to smaller ones ... not actually process the oil from the actual coconut, Though, admittedly, now I;m curious!
