Today I started a new project. One I won't share until it's "completed," which could take a while. I suspect that, while I have a concept, and a process too, this will be an expressive evolution. This sort of suspense is such nourishment for me!
I "finished" the latest autumn art journal pages and this exercise has inspired some other creative ideas and expressions. More nourishment!
I made a really good dinner too!
Wow, that turned out wonderful!
ReplyDeletesweet! your journal pages have a nice flow.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful journal pages! I feel nourished just looking at them. :D
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful way to use a journal. The meandering feather designs remind me of traditional quilting patterns...gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteindeed you be a talented lady!
May I ask what camera you shoot your food images with? You have an eye for shooting in just the right light that I see in your images. Not an easy thing to do, but you do it!
Thanks Tammie. I just use a little Nikon coolpix L15. I used to do photography a million years ago - old school. I had a darkroom in a closet. Took TONs of photos - I think many of the disciplines just stayed with me.
ReplyDeleteNot only that . . . but I stick to natural light in most cases. Natural light rocks!
Thanks for letting me know.
ReplyDeleteI agree, natural light rocks!
many hugs,
Tammie
