Love in the Kitchen

Today I bottled a gallon of cardamom ale.

I made two more loaves of bread to warm the hut, and heart, and freezer too.

I made simple egg noodles.


They went into the chicken soup I made.

That's what I made today.

  9. OMG! I'll be right over! LOL Oh, how I love homemade chewy, yummy delicious homemade noodles! What is cardamon ale? How do you make that? The bread, icing on the cake... I can still smell the yeast in the damp air.... Awww Heaven!

  10. Hi Beth Ann! You really must get to know cardamom, or specifically cardamom seed ... it is a beautiful aromatic botanical that is used in many culinary realms! Wish I could share a taste of this ale with you - it is (or - will be) delightful!
