August heART - Nothing and Everything


I'm heading off to the Watertown Farmers' Market this morning to get some local goodness and to offer a spontaneous food demonstration with my purchases. It could be a spectacular delight or spectacular disaster. We shall see. After all, nothing is absolute.

With that, I offer today's August heART which combines with Art Journal Journey, an homage to the eternal inspiration, Frida Kahlo.

    Hope your demonstation went well. I'll just bet it did. What were you selling and demonstating on the market. I attend a Farmer's Market here in Roanoke every Saturday and we have few farmers who ever demonstrate. We do have a lot of great produce though.
