I made a scarflette in December for myself and ended up sending it to my mom. She thought she might like it. I sent it to her even though I knew what would transpire. She didn't care for the colors. She wanted - her favorite color - beige. So I picked up some yarn today and started a new scarflette for her.
I've already ripped this out and started over. Twice. Three's a charm!

i've never heard of anyone whose favorite color was beige. in fact, im not sure i even know too many people who would think about beige about all if you told them to think about a color - any color. what an interesting woman your mother is. and how terrifying, too. ;)

not exactly a vibrant color on our rainbow...I wonder what that means energetically...(she'd be a brown food, I'd imagine?)
Mothers will be Mothers .... Eva and I have one just like her. Gotta love her anyway! =)
Laura - like so many who feel that they've missed out (or *are* missing out) on the Sweetness of Life, brown foods take center stage.
Even so, the Mediterranean diet that she grew up with served her well - in rainbow fashion - and still does, though with far less frequency.
In a more broad energetic, I feel this color speaks to fears ... of not wanting to stand out in any Real way ... a way that embraces Passion - and that Sweetness of Life. :)

I like beige in some clothes...
But it is not my favourite color.
I'd say that my favourite is midnight blue, or a dark green.
