Cords and Cookies
I've been dismantling and reassembling some old jewelry pieces - some of my own and some pieces that have come from others. I'm using these to create some new Spirit Cord Page Savers. I've been busy baking cookies and spinning with these upcycled pendants and some new ones too.
So … that's what I made today.
What did you make?
Peace.

those are lovely bookmsrks! what kind of cookies?
Hey! I am taking apart old jewelry as well.......and making potato soup!!
Love your bookmarks.
What kind of cookies? I'll likely be posting some pics shortly. But so far (i've been baking a few days) I have oatmeal-flax-cocoa balls, cranberry bread, chocolate-oat bars, hello dollies, and chocolate rugelach. I may may some jam thumbprints and good ol' chocolate chip too … but I'm pretty burnt out with the cookie-making!
Oh, and simple sugar cookies drizzled with chocolate and some walnut-coconut cookies too. :)
So much fun. I've made lip balm with rosemary, cleansing grains and sugar scrub this week. I've also made a batch of banana oatmeal cookies and a batch of fudge. More baking ahead.
Those look great! Beautiful job as always. I'm letting the bread machine made pizza dough tomorrow while I work on a New Years mask.
I really need to visit sweet Rose and test some of these wonderful concoctions. I love the Pieces piece.
Mmmmm Fish :)
Now I feel bad. I have not baked anything this season. My poor hubby:(
What an excellent idea! I love the bookmarks.
Be blessed.
I miss my mom's snickerdoodles this time of year. Love the cords!
your spirit cords are full of wonderful spirit ms. rose! I baked millet corn bread and made greeting cards.... drawing feet and shoes, over and over.
these are beautiful!!! i need to get some of your poultry seasoning for stocking stuffers.... xoxox and i made dinner for a friend ....roast chicken, baked potatoes, maple-apple squash, salad, rolls and ice cream with homemade hot fudge for dessert...irish coffee if she wants it :)
Great use for old baubles.
The cords are lovely - and I read your comment on the treats you've been making. Oh yum!
