Google+ What I Made Today: Small Ginkgo Works

Small Ginkgo Works

Today I created several small works using some of the (many) ginkgo leaves that a dear friend gifted to me this past autumn. These are works in process. I'm not sure what they'll become, whether they'll evolve into larger pieces, singularly or in combination. Those inspirations will come to me, I'm sure, in whispers from Mama Gaia and Mama Muse, when I return to the studio to continue this particular journey.

In any event, that's what I made today and that's what I'm posting for "What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday."

Incidentally, I'm very pleased with how these are coming out.

Peace.

This looks fascinating. I have been using the peeled off bark from the silver birches and prunus serrula in my garden. By the way, I managed to lose the Virgin remote tonight and found it six inches away. There is no hope for me. xx Maggie #2

What is it about Ginkgo leaves that is so appealling ... for they are certainly that. I'm partial to the brozne-gold piece with the mesh and wondering who in the heck you did that? Lol. These are really very cool. I'd say you're not having any problems with your muse! Thanks for stopping by the Fun Room.

Hi Rose,
Thanks for commenting on my blog, I am so late getting back to people. My computer was in a bad way and I am still trying to catch up, and this week I had an operation, and my husband had bad news. But here I am.
I love your ginko panels, and I see Gelli prints, I really must get my Gelli plate out of the packaging!
