With celery, celeriac, kale, green onion, carrots, turnip and turnip greens I made a pot of amazing garden stew. It was the perfect thing to come home to after my Platt Hill weed walk.

sounds yummy!!! i thought of you today as i ran around outside for a few minutes while baby jake napped gathering plaintain and wild impatiens before the frost! :)
I was out past twilight pulling my basil and picking my peppers. I don't feel a *real* frost ... but the basil spoke and I was near the peppers, so ...
Then around 10pm I heard the whispers - for the second time this day - of my rose geraniums and aloes. They're all in the garage now.
I'm so jealous!! Sounds like it was perfect
Mmmmm! Can I come over? (holds soup bowl in hand)
