I made love with peace.
I made rhubarb mead! Well, I bottled the stuff started last October. Fifteen bottles of liquid love, ready to imbibe in a month's time.
I made a nice yogurt dip with cilantro and Chinese leek pesto from the freezer to have with the boy's favorite Mexican crisps. We're enjoying them now with a bottle of hard apple cider from a local cider mill. There is whole wheat dough rising for the pizza that will become dinner. More love.
Life is sweet, no matter what they try to tell ya! Don't fear it, love it!

Funny, I have some calendula oil I made and was thinking of turning it into an ointment this week end. Peace and love - what blessings!
Whoa, rhubarb mead? Never heard of that before, but it sounds like something I'll have to try some day. :D
I would like your recipe for Rhubarb Meade if you would. Email it to just1246@gmail.com I make something once a year called Cherry Bounce that takes weeks to make but is very good. My fathers old recipe. =) I love looking over your site! Very nice. HUGS
hippie hippie HOORAY for homemade mead! Rhubarb sounds delish... so does the dip... and pizza.... what a love-ly day!
Recipe? Hmm ... I'll post my process. I make my wines and meads much as I cook these days ... I use what I have on hand ... and trust the harmonic dance of experience and intuition!
I have notes from that batch somewhere ...
Love everything you made! I made my children laugh, does that count? ;-)
manamoon - laughter ALWAYS counts!
