I picked cilantro.
I made a cilantro pesto for the freezer.
I made simmered greens. I made bean and garlic salad. I made bok choy with broccoli and garlic and ginger.
I made salad.
I made more, but I have friends of spirit showing up here soon, so I have to make space ready for them. Toodles!

YUM! We've had a bounty of garden goodies lately too and have been eating so many good things! I love veggies!
Yummy!!!!
Cilantro pesto...would you share the recipe please?
I'm in love with how fresh and green everything looks; good, fresh eats!
Recipe? LOL! For the cilantro, I put it in the food processor and add a pinch of salt and just enough olive oil to give it some body, so it clings to itself. Make sense?
Usually I make little dollops to freeze (freeze them on a tray and then transfer to a freezer bag).
I hope that helps! :)
I always grow fresh basil. I love growing vegetables, but Georgia's weather has been too unpredictable lately to get much other than herbs to grow.
Oh, I love cilantro! I also have a huge batch of cilantro pesto in my freezer. I also add a bit of lime juice and sunflower or pumpkin seeds (processed well) to mine.
You always have such gorgeous pictures!
