Every November I revisit my relationship with Peace. Through writing and other artful expressions I explore its meaning as it relates to my life and the choices that make. I reflect on my own peaceful actions and choices as well as of those I share this life with. I ponder the ways that I might enhance its presence in my world and in the lives of others.
One thing seems certain, peace is born deep in the flames of the hearths of our hearts. If we don't nurture it there, we will not find, tend or create it elsewhere.
That's what I made today.

What a eautiful foundation for this new celtic year. i love the alance too. History states that November is slaughter month. It seems fitting that we should concentrate harder on peace and love during this time.
Love your "peaceful creations"
Great job!
Beautiful!! Even without the symbolism the cards just exude a sense of peace.
Thanks all! :)

Hi, I found your blog via Blog Blast for Peace, that I'm also participating in (for the first time) this year. Just wanted to say I've been ambling through all your recent posts and loved being here! Will definitely be coming back.
Janice.
I love all the small little works you do! When I am doing field surveys it's the small flowers in vernal pools which are my favorite. The delicate littleness draws me in with your creations and those I see in nature.
Still looking for the right frames for the two little 2x3 paintings I ordered. They are delicate and perfect too!
Thanks again ... and best wishes to you all!
