"New" Shelf Drawers

If you follow this silly blog at all, you may remember me lamenting the re-organizing of my dispensary/work room. Well, I'm back to that ... and doing collage with old magazine pages, on discarded boxes that I pick up here and there, boxes that fit ever-so-nicely into my closet shelves. Here's one in process:
The corrugated cardboard, combined with the collage and a finish coat will make some very nice, heavy-duty, colorful, re-purposed/up-cycled and free containers for my ... stuff.

I also have a nice pasta sauce simmering away. What did you make today?

sadly I am "still" getting over my cold and fractured rib - so I came home from a long day in the corp world and made nap time! *laughs* watching American Idol and making more sleep time! *yawn!*

I made lunch (no fresh eggs from the hens *sigh*), a trip to the post office, dinner, and a bad doodle of a pig.

Oh Eva - feel better!

tarabu - no doodle is ever really bad! :)

Your box/shelf idea is wonderful.
What did I make today: almond milk, photos of a very cold snowy day, and kindling as it was minus 2 when I woke up and will be well below that tomorrow!

I made a quilt! Well, finshed one anyway. And organized my pantry/toolbox/laundry. Had plans to make sourdough english muffins but it didn't happen :P

I love the collage-box-shelves ... very ingenious!

Today I made concrete plans to join a local fabric embellishment class!

I have spent the evening meditating on the full moon. I feel her pulling at my mind. As I walk or sit and surf through page after page of internet garble I have worn the moon on my head like a hat. She sits at my brow pulling me and leading me to bed. I feel like tonight will be filled with much magick and dream mischief.

I made progress in the garden by moving a wisteria vine (it grew up from a broken root where I had dug up and given away a wisteria 3 years ago!). Now it's next to the front porch where it can have something to cling to.
