Today I sorted last season's garden garlic and leveraged its divine wisdom in my little kitchen. I spun a few more wee book cords and then returned to the kitchen to make my adaptation of Stracotto di Manzo, to which I added extra garlic. And it was very, very good if I do say so myself.
That's what I made today.
Peace.
