A New Art Journal

The cover is started, as you can see. Embellishment to follow. And I've already started page one. Such fun, this! Things of value . . . things of value . . . things of value . . .

Thank everyone!

I *can* wait to fill it . . . though I am looking forward to filling it!

I share so much of my life, why not a page or two?

The collage is made of photo-images of "real" items, if that makes any sense. :)

Eva - I hope you're bringing a sketch pad -r- something to Forest Folk!

oh my dearest Rose (and certainly my biggest inspiration) - we have quite a few crafty things planned -although we are such procrastinators - I seriously hope it all comes to fruition (lol - is that even a word?!?) Can't wait to chill out with you! <3

How appropriate that you chose the High Priestess for the cover of your Art Journal. She who walks between the worlds. Seeking the hidden knowledge one floor anchor in this world. She who stands betwixt the pillar of past and present. Searcher of time and space. Shadow and light. Knowing and feeling. Priestess through and through....most definitely the card for you. >wink<

Blessed Be, Ry

While I willfully chose the other images . . . the High Priestess was drawn when I asked what tarot verve might grace the cover.

And how fitting she is. A caretaker of divine wisdom, a keeper of the sacred mysteries, she who sees all and nothing . . . to tend to a new book of mirrors . . .

:)
