Oh, I would LOVE to have the recipe for this!! I've been wanting to make some mead...just haven't got round to it yet. We've made dandilion wine for the past couple of years, but took a break from it this year....
I am reluctant to share any recipe before it has proven itself (meaning: I taste and approve). So . . . I'll know about these meads in about a month's time. :)
Hello, I saw you at pinterest. Please for what is this "ruibarb cranberry" ? I live in Brazil and unfortunatelly here we have just the cranberry juice not the fruit. How did you make it and for what? Thanks so much, Dani
Nice to meet you Daniela ~ I am blessed to live in a region where cranberries grow … and the rhubarb grows in my own garden. As for how I make it … it is like making any wine, except using honey in place of sugar (that's what makes it mead) and any fruits in place of the conventional grapes. I make it to … enjoy! :)

Yum! I have never had rhubarb or rhubarb cranberry mead (....have I ever had mead in fact? Hmmm) but it sounds delicious!
Sounds good, but I have no idea what mead is!
You make everything look so beautiful as well as yummy!
mmmmmm! *licks lips*
Mead is - simply - honey wine (which historic consensus defines as the original wine!).
And it is delightful!
As anonymous said, "mmmmmm! *licks lips*"
:)
One of these days I will have to sample some! (I, too, am a stranger to mead!)
Perchance will some make it to FFF?
Will some make it to FF2.25? You better believe it!
I am bringing a sampling of homebrews . . . meads, wines, ales . . . I might even share some!
Sounds FAB!
I didn't know what mead was either lol.
