A Baby Garden Salad


A mix of baby lettuces, baby carrot thinnings and baby peas tossed with nothing more than a good virgin olive oil and some mineral-rich red clover vinegar. That's it. Not even a grain of salt. And it is oh, so perfect.

That really looks delicious. Much healthier than the eggs and bagel I just ate.
