Win a Whimsy Wednesday!

I  made some changes to this page. It's all part of a desire of mine to add more color and light to my life. That's something I've been working on this springtime season and the new banner here is what I made today.

What have you been working on?

What did you make today ... or recently?

Just leave a comment (any comment!) and you'll be entered in this week's drawing to win a whimsy! How 'bout a nice bookmark made of vintage fabric srcaps? I'll announce the winner sometime after midnight tonight!

Thanks to each of our fifteen contestants! Thanks for visiting my blog and for making the time to leave a comment!

So . . . drum roll please . . . this week's Win a Whimsy Winner is . . . Heather of That Little Boutique! Congratulations Heather!!!!!

I appreciate the ability that you hve to make what you do seem so easy. Also, thank you for sharing 'etsy' with us. I have purchased a few items and have loved every one of them.

hmmm...sadly I admit to making nothing yet today (laughs - other then shaving my legs and making them less hairy for the dress I am wearing today!) - possibly after work. Much like you, me thinks it must be of color...will take some thinking - I will get back to you on that <3

Your teas looks so yummy (and they are too to judge by the samples I've recieved).

So crafty, wish I had more time. But I have fun with the time I have and that is what counts, right?

I've been working on a sourdough starter for a couple of weeks now. I keep feeding it and I hope it will be ready for baking sometime this week. mmmm bread.

I've been working on creating more sun catchers for my etsy shop, and shows.

But mostly I've been doing a lot of research to find a better way to make photo pendants.

I enjoy the way you look at life!

I took some photos with our new camera. Found an old single earring that belonged to my grandmother and realized the drop would make a great pendant!

Today I made the best of an eight hour (factory) shift by secretly jotting down ideas for paintings in a little notebook I've taken to keeping in my pocket.

This is new to me, painting with an idea in mind, so I'm going to say... that I made progress.

Your page looks so airy... very nice.
